This house (150m2) is the perfect option on Manuel Antonio to stay with your family or your best friends. A private floor housewith two bedrooms, in-house services and plenty of space is all you need to enjoy. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a sofa where you can relax and unwind. The house has 2 full bathrooms with fresh hot & cold water.
The house is located in a gate community name Villas La Foresta. It has all the modern facilities like a fridge, fresh water and A/C to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The place is extremely quiet, our guests have access to the shared pool and the BBQ area, also if they are lucky the guests will be able to observe some of the wild animals we have in Manuel Antonio like monkeys, toucans, macaws, sloths, iguanas and more.

Fishing trip is based on four anglers, is going to the same cost no matter if one, two or three people go fishing.

Please notice the house is this package has two bedrooms with one double bed each, therefore, a bigger house needs to inquire.

All billfish species are catch & release, you can bring with you Tuna, Mahi and the other species.

Just a 20% deposit is required to confirm your package, the remaining balance could be paid upon your arrival.

*Cancellations with 3 weeks prior to the arrival, 100% deposit penalty.
